Submit your application and we’ll acknowledge receipt within 24 hours. Our recruitment team will contact you for initial screening and assessment.

2. Regional Manager Interview

 An experienced Recruitment Manager with deep agricultural knowledge will discuss your skills, experience, and job requirements in detail.

 

3. Job Matching

We match you with suitable positions based on your skills and preferences. Your details remain confidential until you approve sharing them.

4. Client Interview

Interview with potential employers (phone, video, or face-to-face). We provide CV support, interview preparation, and feedback.

5. Placement & Contract

No requirement to frequently move between farms

Non-EEA citizens may need employment permits:

Critical Skills Permit

For highly skilled roles on the eligible occupations list

General Employment Permit

For other positions (typically €34,000+ salary)

Dependent/Partner/Spouse Permit

For family members of permit holders

Exceptions: Refugees, students (under 20 hours/week), Swiss nationals, and those with explicit permission from Department of Justice.
