We are seeking an experienced and motivated Beef Farm Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a large beef finishing unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to manage a well-established operation and play a key role in maintaining high standards of animal performance and farm efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of a beef finishing enterprise
• Ensure high standards of stockmanship and animal welfare at all times
• Manage feeding regimes, including operating a diet feeder
• Monitor animal performance, health, and weight gain
• Carry out routine husbandry tasks
• Operate farm machinery, including tractors and loaders
• Maintain farm facilities and equipment
• Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Take full responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the unit


