With a thoroughly modern outlook on labour flexibility it offers great lifestyle options not always associated with commercial dairy operations. |
| The Role | We are seeking an assistant farm manager to work closely alongside the farm owner. There will be frequent occasions when the successful applicant will be expected to take full responsibility for the day to day operation of the dairy. |
| The Applicant | A successful applicant will be comfortable with responsibility, will have a solid dairying background, possess a driving licence, have previous experience in working in small teams. In addition they will have a positive attitude and be keen to embrace a new approach to commercial dairying. |
