| The Farm | This is a really progressive dairy unit in Co. Meath milking over 600 cows. The farm carries a pure bred jersey herd and is an ideal setting to improve on your farm skills with a view to onward progression into higher level herd management roles.On farm facilities are excellent, including a 54 pt rotary parlour , modern cow accommodation, good farm grazing infrastructure, and good machinery. We are located only 5 miles from the town of Trim in Co Meath. We will provide an attractive package to the right candidate, and are looking forward to hearing from interested candidates. |
| The Role | We are looking for a new member for a 6 month contract, to become part of our team. The Job will entail all aspects of the business, with a particular emphasis on tractor work including diet feeding and machine maintenance. Will also involve milking , calf rearing , and general farm work. |
| The Applicant | We are looking for a person ambitious to develop their career in dairying. Prepared to work, keen to learn and get stuck into contributing in a positive way to this small farm team. They will need to have previous experience of working on a commercial dairy farm. |
