| The Role | This role involves milking 250 cows through a 14 unit parlour with plans to put in a new parlour in the coming months. This farmer also does machinery contract works such as, silage, slurry, baling etc. In addition to this, the farmer also installs milking parlours, shuttering, sheds, roofing and concrete works. | The Applicant | The successful candidate needs to show a can do attitude. Experience in this is industry is desirable but not essential. He/she needs to be able to work of his/her own initiative but also as part of a team. Machinery experience would also be advantageous. |
