Farm Solutions has been engaged to recruit a Machinery Sales Executive for a successful and well-established agricultural machinery dealership in the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dealership sales professional to take ownership of a strong territory, develop new business and build lasting relationships with farming customers.

The successful candidate will drive sales of tractors, machinery and implements while supporting customers with modern precision-farming solutions. Product and technology training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets across tractors, agricultural machinery and implements.
• Develop new business throughout the territory and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted commercial adviser.
• Guide customers on precision-farming technologies and support their adoption in day-to-day operations.
• Represent the dealership at demonstrations, open days, shows and other industry events.
• Work closely with service and parts colleagues to deliver excellent customer and aftersales support.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and activity records within the CRM system.

Experience and qualifications

• At least five year's sales experience within an agricultural machinery dealership.
• Strong working knowledge of tractors and agricultural machinery, including practical familiarity with their use.
• A proven record of developing customer relationships, negotiating effectively and closing sales.
• Commercially focused, self-motivated and comfortable working to clear targets.
• Confident using CRM systems, digital tools and social media to support sales activity.
• An interest in precision farming and a willingness to build further technical expertise.
• A full, clean driving licence.

Reward package

• Base salary of €45,000 to €55,000, depending on experience.
• Commission structure with potential total earnings of up to €70,000.
