Farm Solutions Ltd met with many past, present and potential future clients and employees at their trade stand at the recent Ploughing Championships in Athy, Co Kildare. The fine weather and excellent site improved the mood of the huge crowds present on all three days. In a change from previous years, Tom Bermingham noted a strong interest in a return to farming as a career option among many visitors to the stand. In addition to the established farm staff recruitment services, there was also a good interest in the new support services such as farm staff payroll administration and tailor-made employment contracts now offered.
