• In addition to our carefully selected workforce from Ireland & UK, countries such as Hungary, Slovakia and Poland also provide us with competent, interested and enthusiastic english speaking farm workers who are looking to increase their income and knowledge of farm enterprises.
• These countries have proud farming traditions; Dairy, Pigs and Crops are dominant enterprises.  While their state of development is some years behind that of Western European countries, the work ethic and overall interest in farming is very strong.

• We operate in a manner different from recruitment agencies, in that selected applicants are employed by Farm Solutions Ltd. and sub-contracted to specific farmer clients. We maintain ongoing contact with our employees and our clients in order to ensure satisfaction among all concerned parties.
  
  We offer :
• Selective recruitment of worker including medical and police clearance and reference verification by Farm Solutions staff.
• Induction training prior to arrival on your farm.
• Flexibility - if you have a problem with a worker, we will endeavour to sort it out and will replace/remove worker if a serious problem arises.
• Our rates include all PAYE and PRSI (N.I) contributions in accordance with labour law in Ireland and UK, thus eliminating the need for a farmer to operate their own payroll system.
• Farm Solutions Ltd. deal with all the legal and banking requirements of our employees.

Prior to any agreement being made with a client, Farm Solutions staff personally visit your farm to learn about your business and see the working and living conditions. This is just as important as meeting the applicants. It enables us to be better able to meet and exceed your expectations.
