Farm Solutions are specialists in the provision of farm managers, herd managers and general farm workers personally selected to work on modern dairy and pig farms in both Ireland and the U.K.

The provision of farm work and relief milking services have been the backbone of the business since our inception as Farm Relief Services in south-east Ireland in the late 1970's.  While the needs of modern farmers have changed considerably, today we endeavour to meet these changing needs and remain at the forefront in the provision of skilled labour and management support services to farmers in Ireland, UK and further afield.

In recent years, a move away from farming as a full time career for many young Irish and English people, has meant that some farm workers now come from countries such as Hungary, Slovakia, and Poland.

Company staff visit these countries on a regular basis and carefully select suitable people to match our clients' requirements.  Modern communication systems such as webcam interviews are also used on an ongoing basis.

With the growth of large syndicate/partnership owned farms in recent years, we are now a "One-Stop Shop" for a range of labour management packages on large farms in Ireland, U.K. and further afield.  These services include :
